Went for cheer training today!
Took lunch in school with Gail.
Omg, my teeth was so painful luh!

Alrights, we were kinda late for training, Michelle was alr in the hall:O
Warm up was just the benginning man,
Trained Alivator while Gail & Jo train the dance with YanYan & Elis,
they're taking over WaiSun & Jessica's positions for the upcoming performance on Saturday morning at East Coast.
Yay, performance, hopefully this time, it wont be screwed up again, so embarassing omg.
After that, was TORTUREEEE!
Physical Training(PT)
Everyone almost DIED.
We were punished cause of last week, we didn't clear up the mats after training, & Michelle was kinda angry with us,
so what we did was...
-Long Jump on the mats,
-Wheelbarrow, 4 rounds,
-Run the school):
-Push up position, (1 minute)
-Push up position, feets on higher ground(2 minutes)
-Piggyback, 1 round in the hall,
-Cradle, 1 round in the hall,
-Leg raise 20x.
We all can die man,
Gail was so innocent please, she didn't turn up for the previous training yet she had to do the PT with us.):
Cleared the mats & went back home:D.
